Changing Password - Guild Wars Forums

I wanted to change my password. It takes you to the NCsoft site to do it. What does it mean by account name? o_O

They probebly want to you make a account on the NCsoft website. If not mabey your GW sign in account.

Just below your log in name you can request ..change of password

they will in turn send an email to you to verify that you wish to change
and you have to click the link in your email..

This is to prevent any fraudlulent hack so you have to follow the procedure

when you obtain your new password ..copy and paste it in notebook to in case you forget it at some point

The account to sign in the PlayNC Account manager is your Shop Account for your game account.
